Which laptop to choose for frontend development?

Good afternoon. I want to consult with knowledgeable people, which laptop can I take? The budget is up to 40 k, but you can go a little beyond 50 k. You need to work with psd layouts. I found a laptop from ASUS , it seems to be pretty good, but I can’t understand what kind of UNIX-like OS, I understand that it spilled out of the LINUX family, but I’m afraid that later it will be impossible to change the OS. Heard cases when laptops worked only with the factory OS, a myth? Maybe someone will offer a laptop at a better price.
