VMware vCenter Converter. Why is windows 10 uefi not cloned on built-in emmc?

I wanted to convert the windows 10 system image that comes with the Jumper ezbook 3 laptop, which has an apollo lake processor, a 60GB system disk. When you start Vmware converter, when you select partitions to convert, there is no C: partition in the list, which is the system one.
I thought - something is connected with uefi, or something else, for some reason Vmware does not know. Any suggestions or instructions on how to do it right? Run the converter as administrator.
