Unfortunately, I don’t know how to block all ports, but you can try using a dash, that is, 1-49151
command
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule dir=in action=block protocol=tcp localport=(port) name="Block_TCP-(port)
or you can spam this command in a batch file and change only the port
number.Software is easier.
