How to keep the printer shared after a reboot?
Hello! The problem is the following:
After rebooting the computer (OS win7), the "Share this printer" checkbox disappears, and you have to set it manually each time. Computer in the domain! The Windows firewall is disabled, and hardly because of this!
I reinstalled the drivers, deleted the entries associated with this printer from the registry, changed the cable, reconnected it to another usb port, sfc /scannow did it too. - nothing helped!
Most likely, the driver for the printer is installed again, because a notification pops up: "Installing a driver for this device", and this is after each reboot! Where to dig?
Maybe someone faced this?
