Line Busy Notification + Switching to Second Line?

1. There is a Linksys PAP2T with a connected phone. During a conversation, a call comes in on the second line, how to switch to the second call by putting the first one on hold, and then return back?
2 Subscriber A is talking to subscriber B, subscriber C is calling subscriber A, how to notify subscriber C that subscriber A is talking, and not just not wanting to pick up the phone? Added to extensions_custom.conf
