How to solve sound problem with chan_dongle in Asterisk?

Hello.

I have been using raspbx for several years now (there was a bunch of Asterisk 13 and Freepbx 14), I attached chan_dongle (Huawei e1550) to it. The problem immediately appeared - incoming calls work, outgoing - the sound from the mobile phone appeared after a 40-60 second wait. The first thing that caught my eye was something like NOTICE: translate.c:597 ast_translate: 492 lost frame(s) 493/0 ([email protected])->([email protected]) popped up in the logs. The problem was solved quite quickly by enabling the slin codec in the SIP settings, messages with lost frames disappeared.

Then the SD card was covered, the system was restored from scratch, all updates were applied, now there is a bunch of Freepbx 15 and Asterisk 16. The same problem surfaced with chan_dongle - the outgoing sound is excellent, the mobile phone is not heard on the incoming one, in the logs again ast_translate: 492 lost frame (s) 493/0 ([email protected])->([email protected]). A simple inclusion of the slin codec did not solve the problem. No hint of a solution to the problem could be found. I would be very grateful for advice.

From a set of codecs, this, apparently, does not depend. Same thing in different combinations.
