But then, I wanted to download a pirated 3d mark, downloaded it from the first site, and then I look at something suspicious. Decided to delete. in downloads, the setup file was deleted, and the application was deleted. But it left behind a file

You need to exhale more often))
The image needs to be unmounted ("extract" to "My Computer") and delete the iso file. Perhaps OneDrive is synchronizing (or something else).
