Which laptop to buy for web development in 2020?

Hello!
I have an old machine already macbook pro 13 mid 2014
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)
Processor 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel Iris 1536 MB
I have been working on it for a long time when I bought it there were no big projects, and no projects at all.
Now I already need a docker, billions of tabs all the time, phpstorm is constantly running (several projects), sometimes several browsers, telegrams, I also launch a terminal for remote access, I don’t know what is demanding in it, but it starts to take off.
I want to change but I don’t know what to buy, windows infuriates me wildly and when you use a poppy then you don’t want anything, you need a laptop because mobility is important.
You can, of course, just buy a powerful new laptop and run a linux, I’m also considering such options, but the mac meets all the requirements, mine is just tired, I sometimes start a movie or a YouTube video at 1080 and it just starts to heat up wildly.
Requirements:
100500 tabs in chrome, docker, phpstorm 2-3 projects, multiple browsers, telegram, skype, terminal, roboform, joxi, trello, evernote, tunnelblick, workbench.
What macbook or laptop to take, what will anyone advise?
I myself think in the direction of the 15 inch macbook pro i7 16Gb 2019/2018.

Take any laptop with at least a 5th generation i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, if you sit in one place, then buy a 20 "+ monitor separately

Anyone with at least 16gb of ram, ssd, intel processor and vidya from nvidia with at least 4gb of ram, poppy is not good, there is shit video without where, you will have to regularly rent servers just to run some ml models.
