Which laptop is suitable for working with unity?

I have long wanted to get acquainted with unity in order to start making simple games for android. Unfortunately, the old computer did not have enough memory, and the system was not the same. So, the day came when I decided to take a laptop, but with a price limit - up to 40,000 rubles. This turned out to be not as easy as I expected, so I need help choosing a laptop that can be used to develop simple applications. I have no development experience, so I'll rather learn.
I found several options, in the future, I will continue to look, but it would be easier to know if I'm going in the right direction:

All three are the same.
For the unit and everything around it is critically important:
- operative - the more the better. From 16 gigs - 8 will be VERY uncomfortable already. And keep in mind that not all laptops support memory expansion
- SSD - the more the better, the faster the better. Immediately calculate that 1 monolithic disk is better, and not a small SSD and HDD
- processor, monik - this is not so critical. but still important.
But you don’t need a discrete video card - the built-in one is enough. And this is where you can save money.

Let's leave the characteristics of my
laptop: Proc + built-in video: Amd A10-5750M Apu with Radeon HD Graphics 2.5 GHz
RAM: 6GB OS
: win 7
I would not say that it works perfectly, but in general, Unity + VS work in principle without brakes
