A laptop for UX \ UI, better hull hd or 4k, with a diagonal of 16-17?

I need a laptop, since I have no experience of using it, I don’t understand what resolution is good, for a diagonal of 16 or 17. It’s not clear why 4k if the screen is small. Who in comparison checked 1920 and 3840?
Question vector in the context of UX\UI design.

It is difficult to give advice in this matter, but in general, Full HD is quite enough to work on such a diagonal.
The higher the resolution, the higher the load on the video card, but the clarity of the same fonts also increases. This does not affect the quality of your work in any way, it is just more pleasant to work with such screens.
