I constantly hear that in order to succeed in foreign freelancing, you need to be a narrowly focused specialist. Is a UX/UI designer a so-called human "orchestra" or can't there still be a UX designer and a UI designer?

Depends on the complexity of the order of interaction with the user. In simple projects (toster level), as a rule, the same person is engaged in ux / ui. In large projects (youtube level) there is a division.
