Which lan-tester to choose?

I ask for advice from experienced admins in choosing a lan-tester.
We need a kind of analogue of the well-known fluke brand - that is, so that there is a screen so that information is displayed on the screen in addition to the presence of a break in one of the pairs - the ability to connect the device to an active network (otherwise I burned my "whistle" when connected to POE), and so that there is an indication of the length of the cable.
There is an SC8108 device on aliexpress, but I'm not sure if it can be connected to an active
ps network. in the course of googling, I found a Russian analogue of flukes - www.svpribor.ru/store.php#lantest
but for a domestic product it is also not very cheap

SC8108

it is impossible to active; on the one hand, it generally suits me, but on the other hand, I would like to have at hand the most common one with light bulbs

Look at the Ethernet feeler www.efeeler.ru/. Also Russian, it costs much less than svpribor, it works with both active and passive PoE, there are protections. It does not determine the nature and location of the cable damage, but it shows whether or not there is a connection. Compared to the fluke, it seems like even more traffic analysis does
