Need a lightweight, non-overloaded JS framework for a Google Maps project. There will be 3-4 popup windows and a toolbar.

I think everything is standard here, choose between AngularJs backboneJs emberJs, which you like more. Personally, I would choose Angular.

I advise you to look towards Marionette . It proved to be a very convenient and simple framework.
