Which is more secure UbuntuDDE or Deepin?

Dear Gurus, please advise.
At the moment, only these two operating systems ( UbuntuDDE or Deepin ) are purely outwardly decent.
I want to use secure Linux for electronic payments and electronic wallets.
I have a Notebook Asus EeePC 11 (Athlon 64 with 1 x 1.3GHz CPU, 2GB RAM) I
plan to use the laptop only for this and nothing more.

What will be more secure for electronic payments UbuntuDDE or Deepin ?
And the second question:
Is it possible to install the following software on this Linux without losing security?
qTox , VKmessenger , Skype ?
By security, I mean the absence of Trojans and the absence of theft of keys from electronic wallets that are stored on the hard drive.

Vladimir Korotenko , gave a detailed answer: LTS builds are enough for protection, but only without installing dubious software.
in addition, you can put access control using SELINUX, in which access to individual applications is limited only to certain folders or other rights.
3. you need to do verification.

Traditionally, put the lts version in this way, verify the packages, do not use the computer for anything else. This is sufficient protection. And it works even on Windows machines without antivirus.

"More secure" is the OS that is configured by a more straight-forward admin. The same applies to the rest of the infrastructure. Ceteris paribus - the difference in "more security" in popular distributions differs homeopathically.

Neither one nor the other.
Nowadays, it is easier to crack the gasket between the monitor and the (user's) chair than a CORRECTLY configured OS. And who sets up the OS? right - man)))
I would suggest Debian + "lightweight environment without frills" - but it's not about the OS, but about how it was configured.
qTox, VKmessenger, Skype?

After this question, you can safely stop using the word safe !!!
Offtopic:
- Chief, we have a security hole!
Well, at least we have something safe.

Funny.

Deepin has already been caught by the hand about spyware.
A secure OS is one that does not embed backdoors (for example, for the Chinese government, but no one prevents someone else from using the hole who knows how to get through it), quickly eliminate security bugs (this requires a large community for bugs). reports and smart package maintainers to fix them).

Both are worse

All known and widely used instant messengers are spyware.
