Which is Better Rewarded Video or Interstitial by AdMob?

What is better to use from AdMob in a mobile game? How are they doing with the rewarded video? Do they also pay only per click, like in interstitial, or do they pay for the impressions themselves with RV?

No. Do not pay. Nothing is charged for displaying rewarded video from admob. The fee is also only for (clicks) transitions and installations.
