Will the Ionic app be dropped from the Windows Store?

I recently published an application (design - slightly modified css Ionic framework) on Google Play - everything went fine. Now I'm thinking, why not try to publish it for vinphones? I tried it on a friend's device - everything seems to be fine (except that I had to tinker with data storage - the vinfon stood out as always, it does not know how to WebSql). But the application does not fit the style guides. And rewriting css for metro style is overkill for me.
Has anyone published cordova apps there? How serious is moderation in general?

Moderation often takes half an hour in automatic mode.

Because of the design, they will not say anything, but users will be unhappy. They don't need a zoo like on android. Moderation: the first - about 3-4 days, maybe more if the weekend. Then moderation is half an hour to an hour. But periodically they check it manually, and if something is wrong, they give a couple of weeks to fix it, otherwise they hide it from the store until the update is sent, which is manually checked. Release it, but then remake the design according to the guides anyway.
