Why are there no app installs from ads?

Good afternoon!
I set up pay-per-click advertising on social networks (mytarget, facebook, avito.promo) on the Eatster application. There
are clicks, but there are absolutely no installations. On Facebook out of 104 clicks - 1 install.
With what it can be connected? Are they running with bots? (is it possible to check this?)

As for me, quite a normal statistic is 1 install per 100.

If there is a click, it means you are interested.
If there is no installation - then disappointed.
Perhaps your preview looks better than the program works?
Perhaps the ad is so annoying that people click on it "accidentally" and then close it because it didn't bother them.
