What is the best image editor for mobile app icon design?

Good day, gentlemen!
I am a mobile app designer. I drew in Photoshop, started drawing in Illustrator, but eventually settled on Sketch . It has templates for platforms, there are plugins, and everything seems to be relatively good and simple, but it’s hard to draw icons and small details in it, Sketch is clearly not designed for this.
Please tell me a vector editor, ideal for creating all kinds of icons. Perhaps there is something ideal for drawing the screenshots themselves, icons in them and quickly cutting them into platforms?

IcoFX paid software!
There are a whole bunch of open source icon editors, the best being Greenfish Icon Editor Pro , but there are also Iconizer , VariIcons Icon Editor and JDraw . And you cling to paid software. As for me, GFIE is much more functional than IcoFX, and it is also translated into Russian.
