Which is better in my situation: buy 2 bars of 16 or add 2 of 8?

My motherboard: https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/8bcd5c7cfac13332/m...
My processor: https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/b9c6465190d21b80/p...
My RAM now : 2x https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/3db606e408043332/o...
16 GB was not enough. It is necessary to set 32. It
is cheaper to put 2 more of the same strips of 8 each.
But this will be less productive. Is there a strong difference in performance, does it pay for the extra 2k that you have to pay for 2 to 16?

Motherboard with dual-channel memory, which means that this mode will work with an even number of memory modules (+10% acceleration of the archiver, .. +100% in synthetic tests of the ideal case), i.e. 2 or 4 doesn't matter.
Unfortunately, there are very rare cases when memory modules that seem to work at the same timings and frequencies refuse to work in dual-channel mode, which is why in stores you can find sales in groups at once, 'tested' for this mode.
For all the time how many computers I had at home, I only met such a situation once, and in the store they easily let me change the memory module to another one the very next day - this is perceived as normal.
