What RAM to take on old hardware?

Now:
motherboard: intel 1155 ( 4 slots of RAM, supports up to 32 GB )
cpu: 1270 v2
ram: 4Gb 1333
I want to add RAM for games)
Question 1:
Is it worth putting 32 GB or 16 GB with a head for such a system?
So the CPU is practically the top for this motherboard, there is nowhere else to build up
Question 2:
It seems that cpu draws RAM 1600, can it take 1600 against 1333? - DDR3 1600, 32 GB, O_o?
Question 3:
Is there a big difference if I put 4 4GB sticks = 16GB versus 2 8GB sticks = 16GB?
Of the pluses, I just see that it will be possible to add more dice, if 8GB each, but does it make sense to add?
It seems that I heard that it is better to occupy all the slots with small ones than with one die for one slot

@Arik

Is it worth it to put 32 GB or 16 GB with a head for such a system here?

And the devil knows, you did not consider it necessary to clarify the model of the motherboard.
Take it.
No, not big.
Yes, for dual channel mode.
