Which iPad to choose for testing?

Hi all!
There was a question of testing iOS applications on the iPad. Which version of iPad should I choose? That is, it is clear that the 3rd one is the best option :) But can there be any problems with the compatibility of the application with older versions of the iPad, if you only test it on the newest one?

It is also desirable to purchase the 3rd one, because. The retina screen can create a lot of problems when displaying applications that work perfectly on the 1st and 2nd models.

You just really need to test your app on an iPad 1, unless your app is iOS 6+. The first iPad has very little RAM - only 256 MB. Because of this, an application that consumes more than 80-90 megabytes will most likely crash during operation. He himself spent a lot of time optimizing the work with memory on the iPad in his projects.

Test on iPad1 with iOS 4.2 installed. There will probably be a lot of bugs. At least we got out.

The weakest and slowest, with the smallest amount of memory.

Select from a tester in your company. His device should already have accumulated a sufficient number of “bosons” necessary to reproduce situations like: “How did it even work?”
