Is there a weather app that takes 2MB and loads instantly?

Existing monsters weigh 50-100MB.
Probably, some engines pull with them, libraries, wallpapers, animation, all kinds of beauty. Why is it needed if the download takes a few seconds?
PS Even 2MB is a lot for a native application, but I don't know what the minimum is for iOS.

Hmm, I just looked - the built-in "Weather" weighs 3.5 MB.
