For the future international service in RU and ENG languages, an aggregator for replenishment and withdrawal of money is needed. At first, there was an idea for a separate aggregator for the RU version of the site, a separate one for the ENG. In this case, you will have to register an individual entrepreneur both in the Russian Federation and abroad, which is not very convenient. I would like to register one company (preferably abroad) and connect an international payment aggregator with support for qiwi, yandex, webmoney, cards, bitcoin, skrill, paypal. it is very popular among carders and it is somehow scary to connect it, maybe some other popular payments.
Already considered free-kassa, unitpay, stripe. At the cash desk there are some horse commissions; unitpay is not a fact that connects non-residents; stripe only accepts cards. But all support the automatic withdrawal of user funds, which is extremely necessary.
What payment systems or solutions could you suggest?

Depends on the jurisdiction of your company and bank.
You can use payment wall and similar global aggregators.
But this approach also has many disadvantages, for example, high commissions, holds, regular verifications and bans of some countries/destinations, etc. And in general, one aggregator is a single point of failure, not the best solution in terms of reliability.
If you need only the payment systems listed above, it is quite possible to get by with a legal entity / individual entrepreneur in the Russian Federation and 2-3 aggregators.
As an example: paymaster.ru / kassa.yandex.ru / kassa.qiwi.com / cloudpayments / payonline / robokassa and separately BTC, PayPal.
