Which intermediary to choose for crm and whatsapp integration?

Good day!
Tell me, I'm facing the choice of an intermediary for integration (sending 10-20 messages a day via a template API).
I found two services api-whatsapp (dot) io and chat-api (dot) com
Maybe someone used it, and there are reviews about them.
I don't want to go to the bath.

If we are talking about services that sell for 200 rubles a month and connect in one day, these are all imitations of WhatsApp Web. The legal WhatsApp Business API costs more and sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks to connect it (due to moderation on the Facebook side).
These two belong to the category of Web imitators and do not hide it at all. But the second one is more famous and is at least provided in Russia on behalf of the individual entrepreneur, the first one has a clearly clickbait name, there are no details of the owners, plus from the contacts on the site there is only a telegram bot, in short, I would be careful. In any case, I would not give an Important and Valuable Account That Cannot be Changed to such services, because in the event of a ban it will be lost.
It makes sense to choose suppliers primarily on the basis of the presence of integration for the desired CRM.
