What app like "vkvoicestickers" play google allow you to send voice messages to Whatsapp. Recorded on voice recorder, send to multiple accounts as voice recorded now in Whatsapp?

I want to record a record of 20 minutes on the recorder and then send it to whatsapp as a voice (so that you can see what was sent as a voice and not as a transfer file)
