Services for promoting android applications, do they exist?

I am very interested in such an aspect as the promotion of a newly created application on Google Play.
Are there services in which you can buy "traffic", for example, 1000 application installations cost "so much"...?
Or earlier there were services that allowed you to automatically visit using a specific client, for example, 1000 sites a day, after that points were accumulated and you could pay for visiting your site with them, are there similar services for mobile applications?
