Which image to install on Orange pi lite2?

Good afternoon!
My story is pretty sad.
I'm trying to install at least some *unix version on orange, but I can only run ubuntu_server Version0.9.1 from www.orangepi.org/downloadresources , but it's so crooked that I can't install any firewood, and my goal is to start the camera.
I have already tried almost all available distributions, all of them either do not start (the red light is on), or does not allow ssh. I really want to put https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-lite-2/ , but it doesn’t work ( I
use win32 disk and balena.io/etcher/ to write images.
Please share your experience / knowledge about installing the image on orange pi lite 2.
I will be glad to any comment!
ps I connect via ssh via wi-fi, because I don’t have a wire to connect an orange to the monitor.

In my opinion, the image from armbian needs to be configured from scratch, nothing is configured there, although if you plug in some usb-ethernet adapter, you may be able to connect via ssh. And so only manually, monitor the keyboard and then nmtui create an access point, then you can connect via wifi.
