How to execute a script when changing the status of a network interface?

How to execute a script in Raspbian OS when raising the interface, for example, after searching
ip route add default via 192.168.1.1
the Internet, I came across an article, but as it turned out, this does not work in Raspbian OS, since the interface setting has been moved to /etc/dhcpcd.conf.
The question is how to execute a script when the interface status changes?
