Which hosting (cpanel, 10 subdomains, free certificates for subdomains) in Europe to choose?

Please advise hosting in Europe.
Requirements:
1. cpanel;
2. the ability to create from 10 subdomains for free;
3. the possibility of issuing free certificates for created subdomains.

In general, I chose three organizations for the test:
1. Hetzner
2. A2 Hosting
3. Fornex
Hetzner - it takes a very long time to answer those support; when registering, they require sending a copy of an identity document; cpanel was not found.
Fornex - all the functionality I need is present; very intuitive admin panel; fast tech. support. BUT! they are partners of reg.ru and the registration of the domain takes place through the latter. In my case, the customer made it clear that the domain was not registered through a Russian company, and therefore fornex did not suit me.
As a result, we settled on A2 Hosting. All those functionality is also present here, the servers are physically located in Amsterdam, registration through an American company.
