Redirecting requests to Mikrotik?

There is a small local web server with several php applications and Youtrack in addition. Sometimes something is configured on it, repaired, in general, at this time it is disconnected from the network, or completely turned off. Mikrotik acts as a router. The question is: how to redirect all requests to the server to another one (where, let's say, there is a page with the inscription "Service is temporarily unavailable")?

Well, let me finish your config for you. The server must be accessible within the network.
In this case, you can pin the server address to the local teak interface and use port 80/443 on any other host within the network.
