Which VPS to choose?

We need a normal VPS, which the RKN has not yet reached. Tried DO, OVH, Scaleway - some providers don't work. Share who uses what now?

Order in Russia. Be sure to test it so that it does not turn out to be dead.
Hosting providers do not participate in blocking in any way.
Blocking is done by providers that provide Internet access.
