How to remove ICS?

Good day to all, with the arrival of a new job and familiarization with the legacy that was left after the old admin, a problem arose. The company is not big and works quietly under the protection of Kaspersky, but on some ... it also has an ICS (Internet control server) installed, which so diligently controls something, which greatly interferes with work. When asked how to rid the organization of this miracle, in support of this product, I was offered to format the screw where the ICS is deployed, and since I don’t really want to do this, maybe you have any options on how to get rid of the ICS? (Of course, it costs X on a server)

@We-De

X - standaline - The usual axis on Linux, cut down under a router, proxy, and other microserver plushies.
Like all routers, the problem of cutting out is not how to format it, but how to make the network work without it, especially if something is good there.
And the demolition, yes, the format, because the core there is assembled specifically for proxy tasks and without global dances it is no longer applicable anywhere.

I looked at the screenshots from the mana, which was thrown off by Ronald McDonald
Judging by them, X is a standalone OS based on Linux. Therefore, everything is said correctly - only the formatting of the screw.

At the very beginning, X was made on the basis of freebsd, the guys just washed down a friendly gui and completed it with a good application package. Actually, the question of how to demolish any OS, whether it's Linux or Windows, the answer suggests itself - a format screw)))))
