Which high temperature grease should I choose for my CPU fan?

Recommend a lubricant for fans operating under severe conditions (heat, dust, lack of annual maintenance)?
Are there options that last longer? And then the engine oil is not enough for a long time (

Engine oil lubricates well, but is very thin (low viscosity). Gear oil should be better, it is thicker.
High-temperature - you turned it down, at a temperature of more than 100 degrees, not a single computer will work for more than a few minutes without freezing. And below 100 degrees, any lubricants work (not high-temperature ones).

I agree with the idea of a replacement. If the fan is dry, then new grease will be squeezed out of it. It's only a matter of time.
