Which HCI solution to choose for 2 nodes?

Hello! Help, please, advice.
There are 2 identical HP Proliant DL 380 Gen servers. 10 with its own disk subsystem. It is necessary to implement on their basis a hyper-converged system (computing power + SDS storage) for virtual servers (Windows, Linux). So far I have found an option: VMWare Free Hypervisor + StarWind. The solution is interesting and works on 2 nodes, but we have a state institution and we need something either completely free or inexpensive Russian development.
I understand that everything does not happen all at once, but you need to:
1) Virtualization platform for Windows and Linux systems
2) Provide mirroring of 2 nodes with continuous availability (allowable failure of 1 node)
3) Work with the AllFlash configuration
4) Data exchange (Sync, heartbeat) between nodes (point to point) via a 10 Gb network or FC
5) Be able to implement 1-2 non-super-skilled employees in a not very long time
6) As cheap as possible and preferably Russian.)))
Can you tell me which way to look?

The standard option is HACLUSTER + DRBD + OCFS2. It is configured by the wizard in OpenSUSE out of the box, it can even automatically migrate or restart the virtual machine when the node stops - I used this solution for a couple of years, until there were more nodes and there was a move to CEPH
Just keep in mind that you will need some third device, not necessarily such a powerful one , to implement STONITH - otherwise you really will have a Split Brain and that's it.

Two nodes are not enough, you will catch a split brain, get pi * for all data. Or if there is a third PC with Windows, or a SAN storage, you can implement a two-node Microsoft cluster, Hyper-V server 2012R2 and higher can be a cluster node. And if you get a third server, you can install Nutanix Community Edition, it works great on three nodes, especially all-flash.
