Interface for bash scripts?

Good evening!
Tell me please.
I have dozens of scripts written by me in bash for different tasks. Running builds on servers, viewing logs in real time, getting mysql statistics, turning on power saving mode on the laptop, generating a password. In general, various small scripts that remove routine tasks.
I configured that they could be called from the console to search in ~/commands/bin....

But I'm thinking about how to make some kind of interface, so that it would be possible to divide these scripts into categories there, so that it would be possible to run and switch between them in parallel. I understand that the folders and the terminal seem to be doing this. But I would like to see the script tree on the left, the active terminal on the right, and switching between active tabs on the top. Perhaps there is an environment or shell for something like this ...
While writing, I realized that if the terminal had a script / command tree on the left, I would be happy!

I'd love to hear your ideas.

VSCode - free, a bunch of plugins to speed up work, syntax highlighting, the ability to work with a remote server. Terminal, directories, tabs, editor - everything you need.
