Which freelance time tracker should you choose?
Hello.
I decided to take a close look at optimizing my time, primarily due to the emergence of projects with payment by the hour. In this regard, I want to consult with Toster users - which one to choose?
In fact, there are not so many
tasks 1. Dividing tasks into 4 subgroups "Client - Project - Task - Subtask" or at least 3 "Client - Project - Task"
2. Ability to assign different costs for different projects
3. Ability to plan start time and the end of the task
4. The presence of a desktop application for Os X
5. It is absolutely ideal if it will be possible to synchronize part of the projects / tasks with Gitlab, GitHub, Atlassian
6. Counting money - the ability to quickly and flexibly see how much money I have earned on a specific task / project for a certain period of time.
7. Synchronization with CalDAV calendar (synchronization with Os X calendar)
1, 2 3, 6, 7 - required.
Now I'm testing Tyme2 in test mode - the application itself is quite functional, there is nothing superfluous, but the flexibility is lame. Synchronization does not work, tasks are added to the calendar after they are completed, working with money counting is not at all convenient.

For a remote employee, Kickidler is the best option, take a look. We really like him in his work, he keeps a full record, you can view both online and in the recording. And by the way, the program itself is quite difficult to find, even the antivirus does not see it.
I use Yaware - https://timetracker.yaware.com.ua/ . You can create projects and tasks and assign different costs to them. Time and budget are taken into account separately for each unit of work. Also, there is a salary calculation by the hour. There is integration with tasks from Bitrix24, I don’t know about other services. Plus, a record of used applications and sites.
