Freelance development?

Hello, I want to start partially freelancing and a question arose in the technology stack itself.
I myself work in the office, but the tasks there, to put it mildly, are not very interesting, well, it’s understandable that the development goes under, so to speak, one single large customer who has many departments, but does not matter. I use in my development such a stack of technologies as ASP.NET, Nhibernate, now I have taken up the study of js and angular.
I often see orders like a one-page site, a business card, and such small projects. From here, the question itself is: "What would you recommend adding to the study of the technology stack so that you can write small, simple things?"
I will not use ASP.NET Core to create a simple business card, well, in my opinion, this does not justify the cost, time, and the technology itself. Any medium or large project on the team of the store or something else - asp is perfect.
It is desirable to tell me a bunch with angular. I thought to look towards ruby on rails for such tasks, what do you say to that. Do not offer PHP, because I don't see myself as a php developer in the future.

PHP do not offer

Forgive me, of course, but also a fool. The whole world of Russian freelancing revolves around him. If you are a serious developer, it would not be difficult for you to learn it and try to work on it.
If you are so squeamish then try I don't know on Django, maybe you will see yourself in the future as a Python developer
. While these are the two main server-side freelance languages. Others I meet very rarely or never.
In JS, you can now find something on Angular, but there are many times more chances to find something on Vue or React
