Which freelance exchange to choose?

I do website design. I worked for free-lance.ru for about 5 years, but due to problems known to everyone, I'm thinking of changing my place of activity :)

I have 3 resources in mind: Behance, Odesk, Elance.
I've been registered on the behance for half a year. If anyone is interested https://www.behance.net/raulvodov

I am also considering Odesk.
Who will say about this? Or perhaps there is something better than these three? :)
As far as I know, there are no particularly large Russian-speaking ones, except for free-lance.ru?

It's funny that there is no mention of freelansim.ru

@raulvodov about "spraying" - register on Odesk and pass verification, then (in a couple of weeks, or earlier) - on Elance. Why Odesk first? Because on Habré people somehow love him more and answer questions more often (although I don’t understand the unpopularity of Elance).
Then "register" in lancemonitor (in fact, you only need mail) as advised below and receive letters in the mail for key queries.
Here's what it looks like for me .
And the spraying problem is solved: you only look at the mail, choose interesting projects, and after that go to the sites of the exchanges.

lancemonitor.com
Not an exchange, but an aggregator.
Set up for everything, for keywords and that's it. There is no need to choose between exchanges.
Odesk - IMHO, the best option in general. As well as Elance. In general, anything but Russian :)

I'm sorry, but what "well-known problems" are we talking about?
New laws of the Russian Federation on payment systems? Free-lance.ru policy? Something else?
PS I'm just going to go freelancing.

Why choose? Who interferes at all at once? So decide where there are more orders suitable for you, which one should be given more attention.
weblancer.net is quite large.

Russian largest exchanges
free-lance.ru
weblancer.ru
freelance.ru
Two exchanges in the world decide the largest odesk.com and elance.com

Is there a worthy competitor to fl.ru in Russia now?
On the topic of more or less worthy projects (Let's say website development from 100,000 rubles) there is nothing to catch on other exchanges. Proven over 5 years of experience.
Maybe only an alternative in the form of aggregators will help at least somehow catch interesting offers from other resources.
(For example, www.freelance-reader.ru is an aggregator of freelance exchanges. It sends notifications when a project with keywords of interest to a freelancer is found)

I registered on advego, rummaged around there for a couple of days, looked closely, in general - I didn’t earn anything there, well, it’s not really normal for a beginner to earn money there, the tasks are tough, but they pay a penny, really a penny, for example: shoot a baldey video (review) for 20 rubles , it's not normal. The other day, I stumbled upon a new freelance exchange https://luckclose.ru/, they don’t seem to take money for reg, until they register, it’s empty, there’s no one, I’m waiting, maybe it will be good, good exchanges don’t lie on the road .. And so, basically - I work on exchanges, such as kwork, boar, etc. Well, not many standing.
