I have been working with one customer from Russia on React and Node.js for a long time (several months).
There were shoals on my part, but everything seems to be fine.
And then they offer me a project with a payment 3 times higher than I work, the same React and Node.js.
I agreed, they took me to the team, added a couple of tasks to the repo.
In short, you can start.
Limit both there and there for 40 hours.
In short, now I want to leave 1 customer.
But I'm afraid that I will leave a bad review, there is still a lot of money inReview and in Progress. Lots of work too.
And in order to cancel a bad review, I heard you need to return all the money, and this is already several thousand. Can they still take the watch off? I have OVER 200 hours of work with him

Not such a big load, you can tell the 1st customer that you were offered more, and you can refuse if he raises it to a similar amount (which is unlikely), so just offer project support at the same price - minor improvements (because the load still not big), in order to complete the stage, to help transfer the project, etc., to abandon customers are not good, especially loyal ones (maybe a new one will leave you in a week).
If you do not keep up, then you can ask the new client for a temporarily reduced load (30 hours instead of 40 for example) to "close" the old project.

You don't need to return every penny. Just try to negotiate with him and find a compromise.
Put yourself in his place - you have a project that is 50% done (70%, 90%, 20% - I don't know your situation). The developer wants to leave. What actions would be expected from him in order to remain on good terms? Obviously not closing the contract and ignoring. Try to explain the situation, about the difference in pay. Offer to bring the project to some kind of milestone (tighten up and work a little on 2 projects in parallel). Help in finding a new developer and handing over cases.
Well, in general, maybe you should not rush? If you do not have full time work, then it seems like you can work with 2 projects. The time limit per week is the upper limit, perhaps the customer does not require you to work out everything at 100%, gradual progress is important to him?
