Which project management systems and bugtracker are best for a home office?

At home, Internet access is organized through a router.
The router on board has Wi-Fi.
The router obtains a DHCP address and distributes DHCP addresses to hosts on the home subnet.
Several devices are used in the subnet: laptops connected via Wi-Fi, stationary computers connected via Ethernet to the router.
What is the best way to organize a project management system and which one is better to use?
Similarly, to use a bug tracker, a tax manager, ....
In general, a system that contains all such charms, a scheduler, a diary, and so on ...
What is the best system and how to implement it: either use some kind of service from the Internet ,
or somehow raise your server on your computer (but this requires a static address) and, for example, install Redmine .... Who can offer what?
How do you use things like this for automation at home?
We store project files on the dropbox and each of the hosts has access to this folder structure.
Which system is more convenient and the cheapest of course (free even ideally)?
Maybe not even bother, but use some kind of XLS file (where to drag it all in), which is also uploaded to the dropbox shared folder?

Why have a home office CRM?
How many people are there in your home office? Are you alone going to call hundreds of clients and do you need to save information about all of them?

What are you developing? In most cases, dropbox is not an option, install git. Or any other VCS. Tasks can be maintained in planfix or similar services, such as gitlab , or you can immediately transfer the repo there.

The location of your network (at home / away from home) and the way computers are organized in the network cannot be criteria for choosing a system, since in your case they do not impose any restrictions on the choice. The only criterion in your question is the price. Since there are no other criteria, no one will be able to give you advice on which of the free systems FOR YOU will be better.
