What accounting and budgeting system to use for a small team?

Good afternoon!
There is a question - what system of accounting and budget planning to choose for the work of a small development team.
Tasks:

  • entry of planned and actual income and income transactions, broken down by categories and projects to which these transactions relate
  • view balance / total expense / total income for different periods, both in general and in the context of projects
  • reports on dynamics, plan/actual comparison and the like

Accounting and reporting is not required, so 1C, Kontur and similar solutions, sharpened specifically for this and working with payments, invoices, etc., are not very suitable.
Considered options for using zenmoney, finex.io, easyfinance services, but they are not well suited for maintaining non-personal / family records.
Ideally, if the service / application is free with basic functionality, with the possibility of purchasing an extended one.
No intermediate solution was found, so I really hope for the help of the collective mind and the advice of those who have chosen the appropriate solution for this problem.
