Which freelance exchange is the most relevant in Runet?

Friends!
We used to have free-lance.ru. Then they went into commerce, the users fled, and freelansim.ru became the most pleasant. But he has now followed the first, and without paying for his access there is nothing to do there. Where is all the traffic now? Is there some kind of "heir" to this role, or has everyone started paying for freelancing.ru?

I think that relevance is determined not by the attitude to the freelance exchange, but by the number of orders on it. One way or another - let there be a million freelancers on the exchange - but without orders, this exchange will be dead.
At the moment, the situation on the market is as follows (you can take it as a rating):
1. free-lance.ru - were and remain leaders. They have a lot of projects. Daily 1300-1500 pieces.
2. freelance.ru - thanks to the domain. Personally, I don’t see anything special, but anyway, there are 450-500 projects daily.
3. weblancer.net - this exchange is the oldest - they started first. Now they have sunk and have about 200-220 projects.
4.freelancehunt.com _- There are about 180 projects on this exchange. The main thing that distinguishes it from the rest is the absence of paid accounts or subscription fees.
5. freelansim.ru - the number of projects daily is approximately 50. The feature of the exchange is habracorns.
Here are the top five. You can check the numbers here: lookubra.x01d.com/stats#stat=compare - turn off the excess and see the picture. The number of projects was taken without taking into account weekends, since activity drops significantly on weekends.
Bottom line: no matter what they say about free-lance.ru, they were and remain leaders. And no matter how sad it is, they were and remain the most greedy - they can afford it. Any of the above exchanges have a limit on free responses to projects, except for freelancehunt.com.Apparently "pleasant" will now be considered her? I think it's time to come to terms with the fact that any site of this type cannot be free. It remains only to hope for moderation of appetites and loyalty towards users.

They say you have to pay for everything. Better yet, know English. It's a wonderful skit.

No one is forcing you to compete with the Indians, the competition within $30-$100 is not really going between Indians.
