In short, I am a physicist. person (There is an individual entrepreneur, but the field of activity is in no way connected with the sites). Customer Jur. face. Actually, I'm making a website on a purchased template + my own CMS + CRM. On the Internet I found examples of contracts with the creation of a layout, etc. How to compose correctly? It is worth adding that the customer cannot draw up a technical specification and we accepted the project with him according to the type "I want it like these ones ..."

The customer must sign it.
In the contract, you prescribe the terms, the number of design options. The accepted design and other accepted stages of work must be signed by the customer.
