Do I need to register an IP for a minor to freelance in Belarus?

I am 16 years old, I live in Belarus. I have already gained some experience in web development and I want to freelance. Upwork attracts me the most, because I know English and the pay there will obviously be higher than in Belarusian / Russian. But I think the tax authorities will be especially suspicious of the fact that dollars come into my account.
Or will my account not be monitored due to the fact that I am a minor?
Or would it be safer to issue an IP?

2) As for the IP - most likely not yet.
3) In principle, you can pay tax as an individual. Yes, it's a lot, alas.

1) It is impossible to issue an IP at your age
2) You can simply file a declaration yourself as an individual and pay tax. Now I can be mistaken, but in my opinion it was 13%

. Well, if you want to start a career with cheating, you are welcome. You will be banned.
