Is it worth signing up for Workzilla?

Good afternoon. Lately, I've been slowly getting into freelancing. I have accounts on Odesk and Elance, but due to inexperience, I rarely get projects there. The question is actually to already experienced freelancers: is it worth trying workzill'y? Are there really worthwhile projects?
I myself program in C#, mostly desktop applications, sometimes ASP.net, rarely Windows Phone. But most of the orders on the exchanges that I received are PSD layouts: HTML+CSS+Bootstrap. Is there any of the above on the same workzill?
Thank you!

There are no other options in the Russian-speaking segment:
- freelansim.ru
- fl.ru
- weblancer.net
- freelancehunt.com
- freelance.ru

It’s hard to imagine a more moronic service, it doesn’t make sense, it’s not necessary to fulfill orders there, but to fuck with the service in order to take money, do you need it? Better fill the rating on Odesk, it pays off at least.

I tried Workzilla, I didn’t find anything worthwhile there even once. And what did freelance.ru and fl.ru not please?

I have been working on the workzilla for 3 years already, at first I tried to earn money myself, I made about 3 thousand in 2 days without much effort. Then he began to look for assistants there for various orders. I want to say right away that the level of performers is very different, there were completely inadequate, there were also normal guys. Often you have to redo something after them, but taking into account the cost of the work (it is really, very low), it turns out fine in the end.
