What are the small foreign freelance exchanges?

Good night, colleagues!
I would like to work with foreigners for experience. Interested in small exchanges, where it is possible to take an order without any problems. Odesk does not offer :)
Something without exams or at least where it is possible to place a job search ad for experience.

All right IMHO.
When I started working as a freelancer, I killed a lot of time studying various foreign exchanges. I can't say enough good things about them - they're garbage dumps. I liked https://www.elance.com/ the most - you can find normal orders (they even answered me the first time), a convenient interface, in general, the site is made for people, and you feel that the contractor is treated as a specialist offering services, and not as an Indian bydlokoder to improve layouts on WordPress, like on the same odesk or, even worse, freelancer.com - on the latter you can’t even write a text in response to a project if you don’t have a recommendation.
I also liked www.freelance.com - also a dignified and noble exchange, interesting projects can be found, a bit like "freelance".

On very small ones, on the contrary, there is usually a rigid specialization and exchanges for professionals, that is, there are no people like you there and no one will let them in, and yes there are tests and so on.
You don’t have to take tests on Odessa, well, except for one for an idiot, well, I think we all passed it, it takes 1-2 days to snatch an order for experience on Odessa.
