Toptal works mainly with individual developers, but there is also an option for partner companies. Such is the scheme of cooperation. The partner registers, signs a contract with us, then submits his developers to us for verification. Those of them who pass our selection ( the procedure is the same), will be able to work as a Toptal developer on our clients' projects. For the work of the developers, Toptal pays the company. That is, we do not outsource projects, rather it is outstaff. Other specialists (QA, PM, etc.) are not needed. Each developer will communicate directly with the client in English without intermediaries. If such a scheme is suitable, you can register as a partner company here . After registration, you will be contacted by my colleague who deals with partners in the working order. Communication with him will be in English.
