I am 17 years old, I will become an adult in October, that is, only six months are left, but now I need to understand whether I have the right to do the following:

I really want to go through this procedure, because together with pro it gives significant privileges. Can I be banned after they find out I'm underage?
2. Yandex Money. Money also needs to be withdrawn somehow, and therefore I got myself a Yandex Money card money.yandex.ru/ymc/promo.xml. I have also had it for a year and I cannot withdraw money from it. To be able to withdraw money from ATMs, you need to call them, talk to the operator and get a PIN. The question is the same: will they block my card if they find out that I am under 18?

According to Russian laws, a person's legal capacity arises when he reaches the age of majority. Age of majority in Russia:
