Which feedback plugin for a personal blog should I install?

Hello.
I have a personal blog, a small one, on the subject of IT.
There I write how to set up or program all kinds of ax porridge.
I would like there to be a plug-in for linking with the author, well, like a jivosite...

Have you tried looking for form plugins for your CMS? At worst, simple comments with the fields "name" and "comment" to a post with the name "feedback" will essentially be a form of feedback.
You can also use Google Forms or equivalents if there are no plugins for your CMS or it is pure HTML.
