Hello. Where is the best place to start a free blog?

• What I was going to write there:
  In general, right now I thought about it after the trip, and decided to describe it in detail.
  But even before, sometimes there were some small thoughts or tips that could be shared. Or a story to sketch.
  
• Requirements:
  Nice design (possibly customizable), normal URL (i.e. not giper-mega-super-blog.rf/user4684844848111), convenient insertion of pictures among the text (maybe some automatic sliders/galleries, not all pictures at the bottom of the page. For example - www.znak.com/content/photo/174 ) and all sorts of text formatting delights.

  In general, so that articles can be beautifully designed. And not like Tyoma - tema.livejournal.com

there is blogger.com from google, indexed perfectly no need to think about seo
